Awesome staff and amenities - they offered a very pleasant stay on the entire time. I liked the room with a view, my bed was comfortable. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

The place is small and has reasonable location also close to the tube station. Lots of fab food for meals. Late check out.

We liked location and stuff of this urban hotel. Stunning bedroom and very spacious beds. Centrally positioned in a very friendly area. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful with lots of meals in the menu.

Smooth check-in, spacious beds and generally courteous service. The selection of exceptional pastries, coffee, breads, eggs and fresh fruit was a bonus. Room was functional with exceptional view. Commercial area, optimal location.

Enchanting hotel in a very very nice area, the stuff where gorgeous. Really enjoyed the room, it was absolutely stunning and stunning. The full English breakfast was low cost and included tasty coffee, pastries, fruit, slices of fresh bread and eggs. Residential location, just a pleasant stroll away from park tribeca. Pleasant lobby. Thanks for making our stay an outstanding experience.

Fairly clean accommodation, very hard working staff. Food was well presented & the bar was amazing. I enjoyed a classical decor and beautiful furniture. They made my stay delightful. A short walk to the nice beach. Good value and helpful service.

Views were not so nice.

Just 5 minutes on foot to Houston Street underground, was a big plus. They have on-site restaurant called Felix Cafe. Would love to go back, the property met expectation.

We really enjoyed hugo so we would love to return. Our stay here was WONDERFUL, fine base for exploring New York. Location, an easy walk to all attractions.
